Job description :
Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of library administration office. Act as resource person regarding library policies, procedures, hours, schedules, closings, advertisements, etc. within the library and liaison with other departments on campus. Oversee library's general correspondences and overall budget operations which includes processing requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and billing statements as well as routine budget summary reports. Coordinates logistical arrangement of workshops, conferences, meetings and appointment schedules. Maintain administration staff calendars and follow through on all departmental deadlines. Responsible for implementing, monitoring and interpretation of policy directives. Other duties as assigned.

I have been working as a full-time staff member at the university library since September 25, 1985. I have worked in nearly every office professional capacity in the library and have been in the library administration office for the past fourteen years. I enjoy working with the library staff, faculty, students, patrons and the campus community and receive much personal satisfaction from helping others. Each and every request or concern I receive is handled as promptly and efficiently as possible. My door is always open and I am happy and willing to help everyone.
