Book Search Request Form

Please fill out the information below to initiate a Search Request when you cannot find a particular book in library's shelves.

Before submitting your request be sure that you have checked the shelves and the status of the book in the library catalog. Do not submit a request for a book that is currently charged out, or is listed as missing or lost. If a book is charged out you may place a HOLD or RECALL on the book via the Voyager catalog at portal.emich.edu
